"In order to maximize the true advantage of e-learning, many higher education organizations have invested strongly in knowledge management. Yet the effect on the efficiency of e-learning of these investments remains ambiguous. The purpose of the research was therefore to determine the influence of knowledge management processes on the efficiency of e-learning in northern Jordanian private universities."
