Covid-19 has forced tertiary institutions to quickly transport themselves to online platforms to save the 2020 academic year.
This huge transition from traditional contact learning to online teaching, almost overnight, has brought a range of lessons and challenges, as more academics take to platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype to teach their students.
