The OECD's report titled Trends Shaping Education 2019

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) published their Trends Shaping Education 2019 report in January 2019. 

In their press release they made the following statement: “In many countries, education is still struggling to adjust to the changes of today, and is not ready for those of tomorrow. Responsible policy pulls future developments into the present and turns them into an opportunity to learn and prepare.”  

This report touches on three mega-trends that will impact the future on education, namely globalisation, digitalisation and aging.
