This outdoor exhibition commemorates the 150th birthday of polar explorer Roald Amundsen. The exhibition tells the story of Amundsens life, expeditions and his relationship to Oslo.

The exhibition is free for all to see right next to the City Hall in Oslo.

 

Director of FRAM Museum receives the 2022 William Mills Prize:

"The prize is awarded every other year to the author of the best non-fiction book related to Arctic or Antarctic released in the world during the last two years."
